What happens once I've completed my purchase?

After completing your purchase, you will be automatically redirected to an order confirmation page where you can instantly download your resources. A confirmation email will also be sent to your inbox, allowing you to download (or re-download) your files at any time. Purchased items never expire, and if you need any further assistance, I am here to help.

What if I can't download my file?

If you experience any issue when downloading a file, try refreshing the webpage in your browser. Download problems are usually temporary and often related to network connection issues. If the problem persists, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You can use the contact form on this page or email me directly at caroline@happy-monti.com. I aim to respond promptly, typically within 24–48 hours.

How can I access the PDF resources within the ZIP file?

Both Windows and Mac computers are able to open and extract documents from a ZIP file without additional software. However, some phones or tablets may require an additional app. If you prefer not to download an additional app to your device, you can use a free online service to un-zip and extract your files instead.

How can I make sure my file prints correctly?

I try to include both A4 and US-Letter file versions of all my resources, so please make sure you’ve opened the correct file for your preferred paper size. Before printing the entire file, I recommend printing a single page as a test. Adjustments may be needed within your printer settings, you may need to scale or shrink pages to get the best print from your printer. If you’re still having trouble, you are welcome to contact me for assistance.

Do I have to pay a subscription fee to access your subscriber library?

Not at all! My subscriber library is completely free for email subscribers and features a growing collection of free resources. I try my best to make sure that every fifth resource I make is added to the subscriber library. I’ve benefited so much from the kindness of others in this educational space, and I’m committed to paying that kindness forward as sustainably as I can.
